Servings: 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Trader Joe's frozen Seafood Blend

  • 1 package Trader Joe's frozen Garlic Naan

  • 1 package Trader Joe's frozen Broccoli Floret

  • 1 bottle Trader Joe's Thai Style Red Curry Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided

Instructions:

  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

  2. Add the bag of frozen broccoli florets. As they defrost, use a metal spatula to break them up. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

  3. Continue heating over medium to medium-high heat until the broccoli is warmed through. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.

  4. Add the seafood blend the the skillet. If the seafood blend is not defrosted, there may be liquid buildup. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.

  5. After cooking through, ensure to drain any surplus liquid before incorporating the broccoli into the skillet with the seafood blend.

  6. Pour in the Thai Style Red Curry Sauce (use 1/2 to 1 full bottle, depending on preference) and bring to a simmer.

  7. Cook the Naan according to the instructions on the packaging. Alternatively, air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes, or toast in halves.

  8. Serve the seafood and broccoli mixture alongside one Naan per serving.
